By blending pre-soaked and dried Neutral (Bajra {Pearl millet}, Ragi {Finger millet}, Jowar {Sorghum}) and Positive (Kangni{Foxtail millet}, Sawa{ Barnyard millet}, Kodo) nutritious millets with Wheat(Sharbati wheat), Uni Kai Organic creates a unique and wholesome flour that caters to health-conscious consumers. Culinary Tips:

Step 1- Add Luke warm water to the flour to knead. (Flour will take more water than regular wheat flour)

Step 2- Knead the dough until soft. Put a wet cloth and let it rest for 5 minutes.

Storage: Store in an airtight container to avoid moisture contact. Consume within 4 weeks of opening the packet.
